Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and triaging service requests and incidents submitted through our service desk system.
• Investigation and troubleshooting application and related infrastructure issues affecting clients and internal users.
• Coordinating and collaborating with our IT solution partners, business stakeholders, and other members of the IT team where required.
• Contributing to the design of the application support processes and building of support guides.
• Installing, configuring, and administering application services.
• Overseeing the set-up and configuration of applications as required within the environments.
• Executing daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure.
• Contributing to the automation of manual operational tasks, proactive monitoring, and system self-healing capabilities using scripting and other automation tools.
• Managing the release to the production process and post-release support to ensure the stability of the production platform.
• Staying current on best practices to ensure we are working smart and avoiding known issues.
• Maintaining a high level of C4C technical expertise to be able to troubleshoot complex issues, proactively identify deficiencies, and help set operational goals and the platform roadmap
• Produce Requirement specifications and functional design documents

Qualifications/ Skills:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 2 - 4 years experience in a Technical role
• Excellent language and interpersonal skills; as we are an international business, English language is required

Must have:

• At least 2-4 years of CRM Technical experience, preferably integrated with SAP ECC or S/4HANA backend
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales and Configure Price and Quote (CPQ) processes
• Application and End User's IT support capabilities
• Ability to effectively interact with internal and external resources, business partners
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, great teammate

Good to have:

• Any SAP or SFDC certification (SD or CRM module)
• Detailed understanding of S4 and C4C master data and transactional processes
• Ability to design solution, configure and demo CRM, Sales, and ERP processes
• Good understanding of the native integration options in SAP C4C and S4/FSM. Understanding of OData and Web Services
• As we are an international business- French or German language skill is added value
