Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create & configure dedicated Marketo programs (for Events, Emails, Nurture Streams) based on requirements by the corporate (global) marketing team and the subsidiary (local) teams. Own UTM tags, tokens and segmentations in Marketo.
- Configure ready-to-use program templates and adopt them based on the given requirements by the requester
- Compose professional e-mails using the Marketo Email Composer and be able to run and evaluate A/B tests
- Report on Marketing Activities and its performance including member status, success steps and setup of automated report subscriptions
- Import contacts into the Marketo database by ensuring high data quality and compliance in accordance to GDPR, CASL and other laws
- Support Marketo data clean-up projects
- Support connection of third party applications (e.g. GoToWebinar, CVENT, LinkedIn via Marketo API) and configure the needed programs accordingly
- Check defined audiences for email send-outs and be in charge of approval for local send-outs
- Run comprehensive test cases for automation scenarios and do the final activation of trigger and batch smart campaigns
- Manage user rights in the admin area and onboard new users to Marketo
CRM Platform Dynamics 365 for Sales:
- Manage lead distribution withing the CRM platform (Dynamics 365 for Sales)
- Create and manage campaigns in D365 for Sales
- Create Custom Dashboards in Dynamics 365 for Sales (e.g., Marketing impact, campaign impact, marketing-sourced pipeline, SLAs)
Cross-platform activities. Marketing data management:
- Assist to collect data for key performance metrics and assist to prepare relevant dashboards/reports to share results across the team.
- Cross-reference check in multiple systems (Sitecore CMS, Marketo, Dynamics 365 for Sales, Microsoft Navision, ABM platforms) to identify marketing sourced and influenced impact
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and work with product managers, campaign managers, the local marketing teams, the IT team, Marketo users, and external agencies to reach solutions.
- Assist local teams to enter data into SoftwareONE’s database and ensure data quality; review and verify all data requests.
- Assist global and local marketing with data mining to create customer lists and segmentation. Use third-party data sources (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.)
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years’ hands-on experience in building Marketo programs (including marketing emails, nurture streams, forms) preferably in a complex Marketo setup (region- and country-level workspaces, advanced contact preference centers, lead scoring models).
- Experience with tokens and segmentations in Marketo.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and requests.
- A passion for problem-solving, learning, and educating others.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24*5)
- Strong sense of ownership and a desire to learn and improve.
- Excellent English language skills
