Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and manages productive partnerships with organizational leaders, hiring managers, and HR COE with strong influencing skills. 
  • Initiate meetings with Hiring Manager for new open positions with in-take discussion and create candidate profiles for each search 
  • Develop and deploy a targeted sourcing strategy that includes diversity sourcing methodologies and an effective candidate evaluation process 
  • Source variety of positions from individual contributor roles to leadership positions for multiple departments 
  • Develop project strategies and lead cross functional, complex projects 
  • Manage data integrity within the applicant tracking system, managing each candidate’s movement through the recruitment process in an agile manner. 
  • Lead through execution of Strategic Alliance partnerships to support overall DE& I programs/initiatives. 
  • Lead process improvement initiatives. 
  •  Manage a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators to develop processes for full life cycle recruitment. 
  •  Offer specialized attention and detailed engagement to all early sourcing initiatives, allowing TA teams to be successful on effective recruitment.
  •  Develop specialist knowledge and insights into the trends, strategies, and characteristics of the actuarial/ insurance/technology sector

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate must have MBA in Human Resources Management from well-known Institutions with minimum 10 + years’ experience as a recruiting/sourcing consultant and must have 5 years of team management experience. 
  • Must have experience working in the IT, Life insurance, Actuarial and US employee benefits domains, having working knowledge of all sourcing components including qualifying candidates, networking, job analysis, salary trends and relationship management. 
  • Must be well versed with regulatory compliance and labor law. 
  • The ideal candidate must be well versed in using Applicant Tracking System (preferably UKG) or any other equivalent, with experience in consulting and building credibility with hiring managers. 
  • Must have experience with conducting comprehensive market analysis to influence talent strategy.
