Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional and technical specifications of software and understand the documentation requirements.
• Research, design, illustrate, write, revise, and edit high quality and user-friendly documentation and interactive manuals for end users to teach them how to operate and maintain the software developed by the company.
• Design and implement new learning tools or knowledge dissemination tools to promote products in the target markets.
• Must be able to take technical information and translate it for consumers who have nontechnical backgrounds.
• Create detailed instructions that are precise at every step so that they are useful for others to follow.
• Must be able to think about a procedure or product in the way that a person without technical experience would think about it.
• Process management
• Team Management
• Review of deliverables, meet the timeline for delivery the improvement in the process

Qualifications:

Skills Required:

• Experience of working with help Authoring tools such as Robohelp or help & manual.
• Experience in creation of help documentation for software products
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Team handling skills
• Experience:  6 Years

Qualifications:

• BCA or BSC (IT), B.tech/ MCA
