Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile invoices to ensure they are accurate, liaising with Third Party Vendor or key Stakeholders for any queries
- Management of billing queries from the TEM Mailbox
- Additional reconciliation processes managed by the team to effectively manage inventory and billing
- Attend regular or adhoc calls with Third Party Vendor or key Stakeholders to manage any issues
- Review and prepare process documents where required
- Any other adhoc tasks as requested by People Leader
Skills/ Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree or equivalent & working towards professional accounting qualification
- Entry level roles with specific degree or the equivalent work experience
- 3 years TEM Experience
