National Health Mission Jammu and Kashmir (NHM) has published the latest job notification for the post of Medical Officer, Coordinator, and other posts with 147  vacancies. The candidates who are interested to apply for the post can check the notification mentioned below.

Vacancy Details:

• Medical Officer (MBBS): 143
• Medical Officer (STC): 01
• Medical Officer: 01
• Senior Medical Officer DR-TB Centre: 01
• DR-TB Coordinator: 01

Educational Qualification:

• Medical Officer (MBBS): MBBS Degree recognized by Medical Council of India.
• Medical Officer (STC), Medical Officer: MBBS / equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India, must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.
• Senior Medical Officer DR-TB Centre, DR-TB Coordinator: MBBS / equivalent degree and 1-year post qualification experience of working in NTEP.

Age Limit:

• The maximum age limit for the five posts is up to  65 years of age.

Selection Process: 

• there will be a Preference given to the candidates who are from the Concerned District. The District wise Merit List of the candidates shall be prepared and the selection of the candidates shall be made on District merit. If the District candidates are not available then Divisional merit shall be considered.
• And for DRT-TB Coordinator, & Medical Officer (STC) STO, Jammu posts the selection of candidates shall be made on Divisional Merit.

Pay Scale: 

• Candidates consolidated remuneration is a minimum salary of Rs.35000/- per month plus special performance-based incentive of Rs.15000/- per month for medical officer post and maximum salary of Rs.35000/- per month for DR-TB Coordinator post.
