Education Qualification: 

• General Manager: 10th Pass
• Counselor: Graduate in Psychology or post Graduate Diploma in Child Development or Career Guidance and Counselling.
• Horse Riding Instructor: Intermediate or Equivalent from recognized Board, Knowledge of Horse Riding / Risaldar Course qualified.
• Nursing Sister: Diploma / Degree in Nursing and 5 years experience or ex-serviceman of medical assistant trade with at least 5 years service after training.
• Laboratory Assistant: Intermediate Science or equivalent with Chemistry subject.

Age Limit:

• The candidate should have an age between a minimum of 18 years to maximum age of 50 years of age as of the closing date of the applications.

Selection Process: 

• The candidate's selection will be based on performance in the Skill Test / Physical Test / Demonstration and Written Test, Interview.

Pay Scale: 

• Selected candidates get consolidated remuneration will be paid up to Rs.13000/- to Rs.21000/- per claim.
