Application Procedure:

For most of the posts, the application procedure is online through email unless mentioned otherwise in their notification. A duly filled application form along with other documents such as curriculum vitae or resume, mark lists, work experience certificates, etc., have to be attached  along with your mail. A detailed advertisement would be present for each job released by AIIMS.  Before sending your application, pay attention to small details such as essential qualifications required, experience in the relative field, age limit, application deadlines, etc.

For some jobs like JRFs and SRFs, or research assistants, etc., they release a notification for walk-in interviews. In such a case, you do not need to submit your application. You can directly attend the interview if you fulfill all the eligibility criteria.

Selection process:

After the submission deadline, shortlisting of candidates is done by authorities of AIIMS. Shortlisted candidates will be informed the same through email, or the list would be produced on their official website. Shortlisted candidates would be called to attend for either a written test or directly an interview depending on the job role.

Generally, for some of the jobs they mention a walk-in-interview date. In such cases, selection is made based on the performance during the interview. Do not forget to carry all the necessary documents to the interview.
