Check for all the eligibility criteria like basic education qualifications required and specialization they are looking for, age limit, number of posts, work experience required, whether the post is on a contractual basis or a permanent one, application fee if required, the last date for submitting your application form, etc. Once you are sure that you fulfill all the eligibility criteria they have mentioned, you can start with your application procedure. For positions like scientists, you need to fill up a biodata form they give and send it to the given mail id. Along with the biodata form, other patents or publications should be enclosed in the mail. Selection process:

For scientist positions, they would shortlist the candidates based on their profile relevance and merit. Shortlisted candidates would be called for attending an interview.
