As CWC is a premier warehousing agency that is operating 415 warehouses as of 2019 and they have a total storage capacity of more than 101 lakh million tons. This also includes 25 container freight stations or inland clearance depots, 2 inland check posts, 3 air cargo complexes, 3 temperature controlled warehouses any many more like this. The warehousing activities of this corporation includes industrial warehousing, container freight stations, food grain warehouses, inland clearance depots and air cargo complexes.

Not only this storage and handling, they also provide services in the fields of handling and transportation, fumigation, clearing and forwarding, disinfection, etc. to name a few. They also offer consultancy training and services to various agencies to help them in the construction of warehousing infrastructure.
