IICA stands for The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). This institute is a subordinate office under the guidance of Ministry of Corporate Affairs by Government of India. Handling and dealing with different matters, subjects, and affairs in the arena and field of governance, corporate affairs regulation, and policy. IICA was established during the year 2008 at Manesar district of Haryana. It is the only institution in our country that has been accredited by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to run its flagship Graduate Insolvency Program. It houses National Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility, one of the head body in India in the region of Corporate Social Responsibility. NFCSR gives policy support to the government for CSR and establishes different training program in CSR. IICA also provides several services to Corporates for CSR together with Impact Assessment, Baseline survey, Need Assessment, Real time monitoring and many more.
IICA also manages the training academy of highest cadre of Indian Corporate Law Service. ICLS is a structured Group A service, employed through All India Civil Service Examination. ICLS officers are posted all across the country in various disciplines and staff capacities.
They currently operates via different centres and schools. It has School of Corporate Law, School of Corporate Governance and Public Policy, School of Competition Law and Market Regulations, School of Finance. It has Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Centre for Business Innovation, Centre for Environment and Sustainable development.
IICA operates and works to supply as well as generate avenues and opportunities for education, research, training and advocacy.
Application Procedure:
For almost all the positions, candidates have to submit their application forms online mode via email. They should fill the curriculum vitae that is provided on their official website along with the notification. The filled-in application form, along with other scanned copies of necessary documents like mark lists, Curriculum vitae, work experience certificate if necessary, etc., have to be sent via though email. The subject of the email should be the title of the project they mention in the notification. The mail address to which your application has to be sent would also be given in their detailed advertisement. Kindly go through their advertisement on their recruitment page. Check for the eligibility details such as education qualification required and the specific department you should be graduated in, work experience if required in that particular field, age limit, etc.; check for the details like whether it is a permanent or a temporary basis contractual job, salary offered per month, etc. Most of the posts would be on a contractual period of several months, which would be further extended based on their performance during their tenure, so kindly check that before applying.
Selection process:
They shortlist the candidates based on their application and call them to attend an interview. The same would be notified through their email. The interview date and time would also be informed in that mail. So final selection would be made based on their performance during the interview.
