The company has manufacturing facilities in Bengaluru, Naini, Rae Bareli, Mankapur and Palakkad along with an R&D centre in Bengaluru and 25 Marketing, Services & Projects (MSP) centers in India, which are located at Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and 17 other places spread across the country.

The company has a diverse suite of products including manufactured products like Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON), Managed Leased Line Network (MLLN) products, Stand Alone Signaling Transfer Point(SSTP), Wi-Fi Access Point, Radio Modem, SMPS, Set Top Box, Defence products like multi-capacity encryption units, Bulk encryption Units (BEU), Terminal End Secrecy Devices (TESD), Passive infrastructure products such as Optical Fiber Cable, HDPE duct, Antenna, diversified products such as smart energy meters, smart cards, solar panels, mini personal computers.

Besides offering the telecom turnkey solutions and customized support, ITI has a dedicated Network System Unit for executing turnkey projects for installation and commissioning of telecommunication networks. The company intends to upgrade and invest in the technology, through the acquisition of technology from strategic partners with a specific focus on high growth industry segments. The company operates a data center at Bengaluru and currently expanding the same to offer cloud based services to government institutions/departments, banks etc.

The company is manufacturing a diverse range of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products/solutions to hone its competitive edge in the convergence market by deploying its rich telecom expertise and vast infrastructure. Company is diversifying towards IOT, Smart city, other allied telecom products and services including turnkey project execution to offer solutions in diversified fields. Encryption Products are the company's forte. Extensive in-house R&D work is devoted towards design and development of encryption solutions to Indian Defence forces.

Application Procedure

The mode of application is through online. In addition to submission of online application, the applicants are requested to courier and submit the hardcopies of application along with required documents as per the list below in the following address. Without hard copies of application with relevant documents candidates will not be included in the shortlist. No application fee is required for the applications. Hardcopies of application should be accompanied with the following, Self-Attested photocopy of certificates regarding educational qualification, Proof of date of birth and experience or service certificate clearly stating the date of joining and date of retirement with last drawn salary containing detailed particulars of basic pay, scale of pay, perks etc. Originals should be showed for verification as and when asked. The candidates are requested to check their eligibility criteria with regard to age, educational qualification, experience against the advertisement before applying.

Selection process

For most of the jobs advertised by them, the selection procedure is through a face to face interview. After successful submission of your application, they shortlist the candidates that are eligible for the interview. They will inform the candidates same via email or post it on their website. So the shortlisted candidates would have to attend the interview on the specified date with all the documents required. In some cases, for non-technical jobs, they would open for walk-in interviews. In such cases, the job offer would be given to the eligible candidates based on the performance during the interview.
