About the Company
The full form of MCC is Mabalar Cancer Centre. This is an autonomous institution that comes under the health and family welfare department, state government of Kerala. This is established during the year 2001, under the act of Societies registration of 1860 and it is situated at Kodiyeri, Thalassery in the district of Kannur. Currently they have a 220 in-patient bed strength and they cater to the patients from northern Kerala to around 7 districts and also from neighbouring states of Tamilnadu, Mahe and Karnataka.
Their main objective is not just to provide a comprehensive cancer care, they are also striving to develop as a training and research centre with international standards in the field of cancer study. Their governing body consists of 23 members and they control and manage all the activities of the centre.
The main vision of MCC is the development of an exponentially developing top institution in oncology with equal thrust on clinical care, and oncology associated education and multifaceted research and development. Their mission is to be a non-compromising professionalism and quality for cancer research, treatment and education.
Their patients are being categorized based on their economic status and different financial assistance schemes are given to the patients by the government and also patient support system of MCC. Almost around 95 percent of the patients are treated with either free of cost or at a subsidized rate using any of the mentioned financial assistance scheme. They make sure that no patient will be denied treatment due to their financial reasons. Patients and their bystanders are provided with free food and dormitory with the premises of the institute.

Selection Process
Shortlisting of the candidates is done for attending the written exam or an interview. The mode of selection would be mentioned either in the notification or will be informed later after shortlisting. This shortlisting is highly dependent on the information provided while registering online.
