About the company:

MPPSC stands for Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission. After the reorganization of states, MPPSC was formed in the year 1956. During that time eight districts of Madhya Pradesh were being transferred to then Bombay state. After that the remaining 14 districts of Madhya Pradesh together with Bhopal, Madhya Bharat and Vidhya Pradesh got combined to form the new and current Madhya Pradesh. Recruitments for these states was being done by the Union Public Service Commission at that time since there was no public service commission was available for these states.

The primary function of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission is to conduct written examinations or competitive exams to appoint the deserving candidates to the government services for their state. They also advise the state government in those matters relating to various civil services in their state and all the disciplinary issues that affect the government and their employees. They handle any other issues that may be concerned by the governor of the state.

Application Procedure:

Public service commission posts accepts applications from Indian nationals only. Firstly it is advised to go through their notification clearly on Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission official website. Kindly check for all the eligibility criteria mentioned there such as education qualification required, maximum age limit, relevant work experience in the specified field, etc. Proceed with your application only of you fall into their eligible candidates list. They do not consider applications if you do not fall below any of their mentioned criteria. Follow the steps given in their notification. The candidates are supposed to apply only online on the careers page of their official website by clicking on the ‘Online Application.’ Enter all the required details given in the application form and upload all the necessary documents. Check your details, and finally submit your application.

Selection process:

After successful submission of the required documents and completing the application form, wait for further notice from them. For many of the positions notified by MPPSC, the mode of recruitment is through a preliminary test, mains test and a face to face interview. Eligible candidates will have to attend the preliminary test initially. On clearing the preliminary exam, they would be eligible to attend the mains exam. So finally, the applicants who would clear the mains exam would get the opportunity to attend the interview. The final job offer would be given based on their performance during the interview. Finally the deserving candidates will get appointed on successfully clearing the interview and document verification.
