The full form of NIPER is the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research. This institute was set up during 2007 in the former IDPL Research and Development center with the backing of CSIR-IICT. NIPER institutes were set up by an act of parliament and these are autonomous bodies functioning under the guidance of the Department of Pharmaceuticals, which comes under the ministry of chemicals and fertilizers, the government of India. They have been declared as institutes of national importance and these have been contributing to the improvement of the pharmaceutical industry. Since the NIPER Hyderabad campus has been functioning they are working with an objective to make an environment congenial for research and development, academia, and industry via research and training. Through their constant efforts, they have transformed themselves into a world class institute for research and teaching in pharmaceutical management and sciences. They have also set up productive collaborations with several international and national organizations. Every year many innovative areas of research are being explored in developing segments that are driven by the research expansion cause.

Application Procedure:

Interested people are suggested to go to the careers page on their official site and check for their official notification. Go through the details mentioned there clearly, check for all the eligibility criteria given by them like essential educational qualification, maximum age limit, and exemptions, work experience required and the field it should be in, etc. There would be a link given in their careers portal to fill the application form. Fill up all the details like personal information, address, educational details, etc. Upload all the necessary documents like passport size photo, signature, mark lists, etc. Verify all your details before submitting your application form. If they release the notification for walk in mode of interviews, then there is no need to submit an application form.

Selection process:

For almost all the jobs advertised by them, the selection procedure is through a face to face interview. After successful submission of your application, they shortlist the candidates that are eligible for the interview. They will inform the candidates same via email or post it on their website. So the shortlisted candidates would have to attend the interview on the specified date with all the documents required. In some cases, non-technical jobs, would open for walk-in interviews.
