Application Procedure

Application has to be written on a plain paper with full bio data and self attested copy of mark sheet and certificates should reach their office before the deadline they give in the notification. The courier with your application has to reach their office well before the deadline. They do not accept any applications they receive after the deadline. Check for all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the notification like basic education qualification required, maximum age limit, number of positions vacant, whether the job is on a contractual or permanent basis, the deadline for submitting your application form, etc. Make sure that you are an eligible candidate for that position and then you can start with your application process. They do not provide any travelling or dining allowance for appearing at the interview.

Mode of Recruitment

For most of the notifications advertised by them, the selection procedure is through a face to face interview. After successful submission of your application, they shortlist the candidates that are eligible for the interview. They will inform the candidates same via email or post it on their website. So the shortlisted candidates would have to attend the interview on the specified date with all the documents required. In some cases, for non-technical jobs, they would open for walk-in interviews. In such cases, the job offer would be given to the eligible candidates based on the performance during the interview.

They recruit for different jobs such as non PG junior resident, senior resident, contractual faculty, director, store keeper, public relation officer, research associate, etc. For teaching positions, they recruit for positions such as assistant and associate faculty, professor, etc. most of the appointments are given on a contractual basis with a tenure of one or more year. For project positions, this contract can be extended on a yearly basis if the project is still running.
