About the Company

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) was established in 1998 in Punjab. The ultimate goal of the university is to produce an academic, intellectual, and physical environment favorable to encourage idea generation and information exchange connecting various faculties of the university. Also, between the university and remaining universities of Health Sciences in India and in abroad countries as a result creating a bridge to the world for the biomedical and social scientists, health managers, health planners, and health professionals in health sciences of the county.

In the 1990s, due to the inadequacy of health professionals both in quantity and quality-wise, there was an imminent need to establish an institute like BFUHS. The establishment of the institute was a pace-setter in developing relevant models & modes of Health Care and Sciences.

All kinds of needs such as instruments required, tender notices, and procurement for all the institutes under the management of BFUHS will be taken care of by the institute. The university has 8 Faculty of Medical Sciences, 16 Faculty of Dental Sciences, 30 Faculty of Nursing Sciences, 6 Faculty of Physiotherapy, 1 Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences under its management.

Application Process

All the job notifications will be released on the official website with all the guidelines, application forms, application fees, and other terms & conditions.

Application form to be filled accurately with complete details. Any incomplete or inaccurate application will be canceled without any communication with the applicant. 

Short-listed candidates list will be announced on the institute's official website to appear for the written test. Candidates can find the exam timings, venue details, and personal details on the admit card which is mandatory to carry to enter into the examination hall.

Selection Process

A special committee will shortlist the candidates from all the applications received. The selected candidate's list will be released on the official website.

Once the written test is completed, further filtration will be carried out and the selected candidate's list for walk-in-interview will be released.

Upon completion of the face-to-face interview, the final selected candidate's list will be announced on the BFUHS official website’s Jobs and Careers Page.
