The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission was established during the year 1988. Since then this commission has been carrying out its duties as guardian of equity and merit for recruiting to high grade posts in civil services for Arunachal Pradesh state. Selection process:
They generally conduct a preliminary test, mains test and a face to face interview to recruit for their commission. Eligible applicants would be notified through their registered email id to attend the preliminary test initially. After passing the preliminary exam, candidates can attempt the mains exam. Once they clear the mains exam would get an opportunity to attend the face to face interview. The final job offer is based on their cumulative performance in all the rounds. The most deserving candidates compared to others would get the job after document verification.
